[2019 Highest 295] On September 26, 2017, the Defendant was sentenced to imprisonment with labor for a violation of the Chemicals Control Act at the Daejeon District Court on September 26, 2017, and completed the execution of the sentence on July 14, 2018.

On December 30, 2018, at around 17:00, the Defendant deemed that C (the age of 54) had a talk with another person on the front of the Daejeon-gu B, Daejeon-gu, Daejeon-gu, that the victim would take money, and that the victim would have taken away money. 2. The Defendant, from around 16:00 on February 21, 2019 to around 16:10 on the same day, placed in the residence described in paragraph (1), placed an industrial cocoke containing hallucinogenic substances in a black vinyl fluor, and inhaled them in the same manner as described in paragraph (1).
