A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for six months.

Punishment of the crime

1. The Defendant interferes with his duties;

A. On June 21, 2015, around 17:00, the victim D (n, 47 years of age) located in the Busan East-gu C by force, such as: (a) the victim 5 minutes of the marina business by force, on the part of the victim D (n, n, n, e, e, grecing a bath and having the victim feel out of the place; and (b) the victim hump, who caused the disturbance, thereby obstructing the victim’s marina business operation for about 5 minutes;

나. 2015. 6. 21. 19:00경 부산 동래구 F에 있는 피해자 G(57세)이 운영하는 ‘H’에서 술에 취하여 손님과 피해자에게 “씨발너마, 개자슥아”라는 등의 욕설을 하는 등 위력으로 약 10분간 피해자의 슈퍼마켓 영업 업무를 방해하고,

C. On June 22, 2015, around 17:00, at the main point of “K” operated by the Victim J (W, L, 48 years of age) located in the Busan East-gu, Busan, for the purpose of drinking at “K”, the victim’s main place business is obstructed for about five minutes by force, such as: (a) breading customers; (b) taking a bath; and (c) taking the victim’s desire to “ception”; and (d) taking the victim’s main place business

D. On June 22, 2015, around 18:00, the victim M (the 44 years of age) in the Busan East-gu L (N) expressed a bath for the Defendant of the defect due to the demand of the Defendant for a change in the face of a fake in the “N” restaurant operated by the Plaintiff (the 44 years of age), and obstructed the victim’s restaurant business for about 5 minutes by force, such as avoiding the disturbance, without going out of the outside, by force.

2. The Defendant, on the ground that at around 16:25 on April 2015, the date on which the Defendant used violence, “P” in front of the “P” located in BusanO, the Defendant took a bath for the victim Q (the age of 65) to “P,” and was cited in his/her hand.

In order to protect the victim of Byung, the victim was laid down on the ordinary floor and assaulted the victim.
