A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for four months.

Punishment of the crime

1. "2017 Highest 3554";

A. 2. 『2017 고단 3801』 피고인은 2017. 11. 16. 21:00 경 마포구 H에 있는 I 편의점 앞에서, 위 편의점에서 소란을 피우다가 가로등 밑에서 노상 방뇨를 하던 중 ‘ 주 취 남자가 소주병을 던지고 욕하고 있다’ 는 112 신고를 받고 출동한 피해 자인 경찰관 J으로부터 인적 사항을 요구 받자 위 112 신고자 등 수명의 행인이 있는 가운데 피해자에게 “ 꺼져, 이 짭새새끼들아, 씨 발 젖 같은 놈들, 내 딸이 검사 여, 니들 다 짤라 버린다, 씨 발 짭새 새끼들” 등의 욕설을 하여 공연히 피해자를 모욕하였다.
