Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 700,000.

If the above fine is not paid, 100,000 won shall be converted into one day.

Punishment of the crime

1. Around 23:50 on May 20, 2018, the Defendant: (a) expressed the attitude of the victim and the victim’s family members, i.e., requesting the victim to return the father’s inherited property before the dwelling entrance of the victim D (the 64 years old), who is the defendant in Busan Jin-gu B apartment C (the 64 years old), and walking the front door through the front door of the entrance, and (b) walking the front door in the front door of the entrance, and (c) sending back the knife, it was well doing so; and (d) this knife knife knife knife knife knife knife knife knife knife knife.).

On May 21, 2018, the Defendant was demanded to move from the victim E (70 years of age) who is an apartment security guard of the above apartment on the following grounds: (a) around 02:24, 2018, the Defendant was suffering from disturbance, such as returning the father’s property inherited by her her son or her son in front of the entrance of the dwelling space of the Busan Jin-gu B apartment C (Y, 64 years of age), returning the father’s property inherited by her son in front of the entrance; and (b)

However, the defendant does not comply with it and remains there until the police officer dispatched by the report of the victim at around 02:47 on the same day arrives, and he/she remains there, and without justifiable reasons, leaves the victim's place of absence.
