1. At the same time, Defendant D received KRW 10,000,000 from the Plaintiff:

1. Facts of recognition;

A. 1) The Plaintiff entered into a sales contract between the Plaintiff and the Defendants on July 12, 2010, and the Plaintiff shared shares from the Defendants on July 12, 2010 by Defendant B and C, E forest land E 7,300 square meters (hereinafter “the forest land before the instant division”).

(1) Of the attached Form 2, the part of the land subject to sale (hereinafter “the part of the land subject to sale of this case”) shall be indicated.

(2) purchase of approximately KRW 104,00,000 of the purchase price (hereinafter referred to as “the sale in this case”) of approximately KRW 197 of the land, including the land to be used as and on roads.

(2) The Defendants divided the part of the instant land and the part of the land to be used as a road from the forest land before the instant partition to the Plaintiff. The part of the land subject to the instant sale was changed to the site and completed the registration of ownership transfer in accordance with the current status of the shares owned by the Plaintiff after changing the land category to the site

3) By February 17, 201, the Plaintiff paid KRW 94,00,000 to Defendant D with the purchase price. B. B. Division of forest land and land category change before the instant partition were divided into seven parcels, including the land indicated in paragraph (1) of the attached Table 1 (hereinafter “instant land”). On February 15, 2012, the forest land before the instant partition was divided into KRW 1,996 square meters for E forest land, KRW 1,326 square meters for F forest land, and KRW 1,326 square meters for forest land, and the land indicated in paragraph (1) of the attached Table 1 (hereinafter “instant land”). The land category was changed from forest land to site on January 24, 2013.

2) On May 25, 2012, the land category of E forest E was changed to a site on May 25, 2012, and on June 13, 2012, E large 1,279 square meters and the site stated in attached Table 1 List 2 (hereinafter “instant land”).

3) The land category of F forest land was changed to a road on May 25, 2012, 2012, which was divided into a road on August 24, 2015, G road 354 square meters, and H road 210 square meters.
