[Defendant A] The defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for ten months.

However, the above sentence shall be executed for three years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

Defendant

A is a person who operates a game room under the trade name of "D Gameland" in the building in Kimcheon-si, and the defendant B is an employee of the above game room.

1. Defendant A

(a) No one that has provided game products for the use of any content different from the rating obtained shall provide such game products for the distribution or use of the content different from the rating obtained by the Game Rating Board;

Nevertheless, from March 29, 2014 to March 31, 2014, the Defendant established 41 game machine of “Saang 1” purchased from a deceased person in the course of operating the said game, and provided an unspecified number of customers, knowing that the said game machine was automatically carried out without a user’s manipulation different from the original rating, and that a separate program file was installed and that the score was altered to the right upper corner of the game machine according to a separate winning value regardless of the user’s ability, the Defendant provided the said game machine to be used.

As a result, the defendant provided game products with contents different from the classified game products.

(b) No one who has had another person perform speculative acts using game products, shall allow another person to perform speculative acts by using the game products, or leave the same to do so;

Nevertheless, the defendant operated the game room at the time and place under Paragraph (1) and caused customers to perform speculative acts by making cash payments after deducting 10% of the fee from the score obtained in the game, if requested by an unspecified number of customers who use the game machine.

As a result, the defendant used game products to perform speculative acts.

2. Defendant B operates the above game room as provided in paragraph 1(b) on condition that he receives 80,000 won per day from the above A at the time and place set forth in paragraph 1.
