Punishment of the crime

1. On July 1, 2008, the Defendant was sentenced to a summary order of KRW 2 million for a violation of the Road Traffic Act (driving) in the Daegu District Court Port Branch on July 1, 2008; on August 16, 2011, the same court issued a summary order of KRW 1.5 million for the same crime; on September 16, 2013, the same court issued a summary order of KRW 5 million for a fine of KRW 5 million for the same crime; on September 16, 2013, the said court issued a summary order of KRW 5 million for the same crime; and on August 20, 2015, the suspended sentence was imposed for six months by imprisonment with labor for a violation of the Road Traffic Act (driving) at the Daegu District Court.

【Criminal Facts】

A. A. Around September 6, 2018, the Defendant was driving a G-to-pp motor vehicle in the state of alcohol alcohol concentration of approximately 28km from the 28km section to the “F Real Estate” road located in North-Gu E at the port of port from the south-gu at port of port to the “Dda bank” road in the south-gu at port of port.

There are two or more minor children who are still under the influence of a license without a license, and (d) there is a request to the investigative agency to make a false confession.
