Reasons

Punishment of the crime

1. Violation of the Act on the Protection of Children and Juveniles against Sexual Abuse;

가. 피고인은 2014. 4. 30. 18:20경 충남 예산군 C에 있는 D무인텔 호수미상의 객실에서 휴대폰 어플 ‘즐톡’을 통하여 알게 된 E(여, 15세)이 청소년이라는 사실을 알고 있었음에도 동인에게 15만원을 지급하고 성교행위를 함으로써 아동ㆍ청소년의 성을 사는 행위를 하였다.
