1. The defendant shall be the plaintiff.

(a) deliver the real estate listed in the separate sheet;

B. From 1,800,000 won and from 10 May 2018

Reasons

1. Indication of claim: on August 10, 2017, the Plaintiff leased real estate indicated in the attached list to the Defendant KRW 600,000 as management expenses deposit, KRW 600,00 per month for short-term rent (Advance payment on April of each month), and period of lease for one month.

Since the defendant did not pay monthly taxes on the real estate stated in the attached list several times, the defendant urged the telephone several times, but the payment commitment is not observed.

A short-term rental contract for the extension of maturity by making an advance payment of monthly rent 5 days prior to the expiration date of the month, and if the monthly tax is not paid five days prior to the expiration date of the month, measures to retire at the expiration date shall be taken.

The Plaintiff claims to deliver the real estate listed in the separate sheet owned by the Defendant on the ground of the termination of the lease as above, and also claims for rent of KRW 1,800,000 from February 2, 2018 to April 2018 and for delay damages in accordance with the rate of KRW 600,000 (including additional tax) each month from May 3, 2018 to the delivery date.

2. Judgment by service (Article 208 (3) 3 of the Civil Procedure Act).
