A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for six months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for a period of two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

[2] The Defendant, while under the influence of alcohol content 0.190% in blood, was driving from around September 30, 2016 at around 03:05, at around September 30, 2016, at the street in the vicinity of the so-called Yeonsu-gu in Incheon, Yeonsu-gu, and at around 25 Sindong-dong, was driving the C-learning under the name of approximately 2 km in front of the 433 Sindong-dong.
