On May 23, 2016, at around 23:09, the Defendant driven a bro vehicle under the influence of alcohol content of about 0.137% in a section of approximately one kilometer from the Do near the head of Geumho-dong, Seo-gu, Seo-gu, Gwangju to the front day of the same Kupocheon-ro, the Defendant driven a bro vehicle under the influence of alcohol content of about 0.137%.
