A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for six months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for a period of two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

On June 9, 2017, the Defendant was sentenced to six months of imprisonment by the Ulsan District Court to interfere with the exercise of rights, and the judgment became final and conclusive on September 13, 2017.
