1. The Defendant shall pay KRW 36,337,70 to the Plaintiff the annual rate of KRW 15% from May 24, 2017 to the day of complete payment.

1. The description of the grounds for the claim shall be as specified in the attached Form;

2. Judgment without holding any pleadings;

B. Part of dismissal: Pursuant to Article 3(1) of the Act on Special Cases Concerning Expedition, etc. of Legal Proceedings, the main sentence of Article 3(1) of the Act on Special Cases Concerning Legal Proceedings, the provisions governing statutory interest rates (wholly amended by Presidential Decree No. 26553, Sep. 25, 2015; effective Oct. 1, 2015) and Article 2(2) of the Addenda, the part demanding the payment of damages for delay calculated at the rate exceeding 15% per annum on or after October 1, 2015 among the Plaintiff’s claims is dismissed.
