Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 5,000,000.

If the defendant does not pay the above fine, 50,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

1. At around 03:00 on June 27, 201, the Defendant discovered that he was diving by leaving a bank on the bench, the bus stops in front of the Ulsan-dong department store, and then stolen another’s property with a verification color room containing one 1.8K gold bullion in an amount equivalent to 850,000 won owned by the other victim, one 1.8 KK gold bullion in an amount equal to 1.00,000 won for other victim’s possession, one 1 mobile phone in an amount equal to 8.50,000 won, one 1 million won in cash, one 200,000 won in cash, and one 100,000 won in hand.

2. On February 1, 2012, the Defendant: (a) was employed in disguised employment by deceiving the victim as delivery source at E-cafeteria operated by the victim D in Ulsan-gu, Ulsan-gu; and (b) on February 7, 2012, at around 22:00 on February 7, 2012, the Defendant stolen another’s property by escaping KRW 50,000,000, 260,000,000,000,000 won paid in advance by other victims at the same place.

3. On February 18, 2012, the Defendant: (a) taken a disguised employment at the Hcafeteria operated by the victim G in Busan Northern-gu in the same manner as that described in paragraph (2); and (b) on February 18, 2012, at the same place as on February 18, 2012, the Defendant stolen another’s property by escaping from the victim with the victim’s prior payment of KRW 20,000,000 and KRW 2,40,000,000,000,000.
