A person shall be punished by imprisonment with prison labor for the remaining crimes of KRW 5,00,000 and for the remaining crimes of KRW 3.
Reasons
Punishment of the crime
[2] On December 12, 2009, the Defendant was sentenced to two years of imprisonment with labor for a violation of the Narcotics Control Act at the Busan District Court on June 11, 201, and completed the enforcement of the sentence. On October 6, 2011, the Defendant was sentenced to ten months of imprisonment with labor for a violation of the Act on the Promotion of the Game Industry which was committed between October 17, 201 and November 5, 201, and the judgment was finalized on October 14, 201. On February 13, 2014, the Defendant was sentenced to imprisonment with labor for a violation of the Narcotics Control Act from around April 201 to around May 22, 2013 and completed the enforcement of the sentence by being sentenced to one year and four years of imprisonment with labor for a violation of the Act on the Control of Narcotics, Etc. from around May 13, 2013.

1.
