Reasons
Punishment of the crime
On March 19, 2015, the Defendant was sentenced to imprisonment with labor for a violation of the Narcotics Control Act at the Busan District Court on March 19, 2015 and completed the execution of the sentence on April 5, 2016.
Criminal facts
1. Around February 12, 2017, the Defendant violated the Act on the Control of Narcotics, Etc., even though he/she is not a narcotics handler, was administered in a way of inserting approximately 0.03 g of the Meet Ampia C Apartment at the home of the Defendant at 101 Dong 305, Busan, Busan, on February 14, 2017.
