1. Defendant D and E shared with each of the Plaintiffs’ KRW 54,579,206 and each of the said money from January 10, 2013 to September 25, 2019.
Reasons
1. Facts of recognition;
A. The relationship between the parties 1) Plaintiff B is the H Hospital located in the Geum-gu Busan Metropolitan Government G on the F date (hereinafter “the instant hospital”).
(2) The Defendant C is the father in charge of the Plaintiff’s delivery and treatment, and Defendant D and E is the operator of the instant hospital.
B. Plaintiff B had been diagnosed with a pregnant urology on October 24, 2012, around 17:00 on January 9, 2013, 2013, when Plaintiff B was the first mother of 29 years of age at the time of delivery, and had regularly undergone a medical examination at the instant hospital from June 18, 2012.
