A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not more than ten months.
However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

On April 25, 2019, at around 00:05, the Defendant driven the said car while under the influence of alcohol 0.135% of blood alcohol level, and driven the front road of Songpa-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government along the four-lane which is the bus-only lane in the direction of the sports complex distance from the direction of Samsung C, and changed the course into three-lane.
