Defendant shall be punished by a fine of four million won.

If the defendant does not pay the above fine, KRW 100,000.

Punishment of the crime

The defendant has received insurance money in a complicated road, such as a place around a conventional market, in a way that the defendant faces with arms, etc. in a vehicle.

1. On April 29, 2013, around 16:05, the Defendant: (a) contacted a part of the body of D Driving E K5 automobiles on the roads near the Geumcheon-gu Seoul Metropolitan City Simpo-dong, Geumcheon-gu, Seoul; and (b) acquired KRW 839,000 from the private victim insurance company of the said car as the name of medical expenses, agreed money, etc. from the victim Samsungsung Disaster Insurance Co., Ltd.

2. On June 14, 2013, at around 21:15, the Defendant: (a) contacted the body part of the F driver’s G lap car at a non-place with the opening of the Guro-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government (hereinafter referred to as “Seoul”) and acquired KRW 721,760 from the Hyundai Dasch Insurance Co., Ltd., Ltd., the Defendant, who is a private victim of the said car, acquired KRW 721,760 from the Defendant

3. On June 22, 2013, around 10:30 on June 22, 2013, the Defendant: (a) contacted a part of the body of H driver’s I SP car in the vicinity of the CY market in Geumcheon-gu Seoul, Geumcheon-gu, Seoul; and (b) acquired KRW 1,025,190 from a private insurance company of the said car for the purpose of hospital expenses, etc.

4. On July 26, 2013, around 20:30, the Defendant, at the front side of the Geumcheon-gu Seoul Southern Hospital, contacted a part of the body to the string of L drivers’ Mystya car, and acquired KRW 1,107,00 from the non-life insurance company to the victim of the said car as hospital expenses, etc.

5. On August 22, 2013, the Defendant, around August 22, 2013, 22:10, at the back side of the Geumcheon-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government Home Packer Home plus, attempted to have a body part of N drivers’ Orocketing car, and acquired insurance money from a private victim LIG insurance company for the said car under the name of hospital expenses, etc., but did not receive insurance money and attempted to receive it.

6. The Defendant around 12:50 on November 17, 2013, at the alleyway near the Geumcheon-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government Daedong, QSTM 5.
