1. The defendant A shall be sentenced to three years of imprisonment;

2. The defendant B shall be punished by a fine.

Punishment of the crime

1. Defendant A

A. On May 15, 2017, the Defendant was driving a e-benz car without obtaining a driver’s license on the semi-monthly 44-2, a half-monthly 46:40, a half-round 15, 2017.

B. Violation of the Act on Special Cases Concerning the Settlement of Traffic Accidents (Death, etc.) (hereinafter “Special Cases Concerning the Settlement of Traffic Accidents”) was carried out by the Defendant, who is engaged in driving of the Ebenz automobiles, and by using the two-lanes of the two-lane roads at the time and place indicated in paragraph (a) as the two-lanes of the road.

Since there was an intersection where traffic signal, etc. is installed, there was a duty of care for those engaged in driving cars to live well on the right and the right of the road, and to safely proceed in accordance with the new code.

Nevertheless, the Defendant neglected this and went through the stop signal of the Defendant’s moving direction, which was due to the negligence of the Defendant’s moving into the intersection, and the direct progress of the signal, led to the collision from the right side of the Defendant’s moving into the intersection to the left side of the road of the Victim F (the age of 75) driving on the right side of the road of the victim F (the age of 75) driving into the intersection under the new name.

The Defendant caused the death of the victim from the above occupational negligence to the second injury caused by the traffic accident.

A. The Defendant was required to present a driver’s license to the head of the Seocho Police Station G G G, who was dispatched to the site after receiving a traffic accident report at the time and place stated in the paragraph.

The defendant, who is a public document prepared in advance, presented that two balls of the defendant, who was under the name of the chief of the National Police Agency in the former Northbuk-do, are the driver's license of the defendant, and illegally displayed the official document.

A. The Defendant, at the place indicated in paragraph (a) around 08:15 on May 15, 2017, shall be the Defendant’s signature forgery and signing of the above investigation.

As described in paragraph B, the same shall apply.
