A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than eight months.

Punishment of the crime

On September 14, 2012, the Defendant was sentenced to four months of imprisonment for fraud at the Jeonju District Court on September 14, 2012, and completed the execution of the sentence in the Jeonju prison on November 17, 2012.

1. Points specified in the relevant official document;

A. On April 2013, the Defendant: (a) provided a driver’s license with KRW 50,00 to a deceased person via the Internet; (b) changed the name of the driver’s license for himself/herself under the name of the former Commissioner General of the National Police Agency to “A”; and (c) changed the resident registration number from “D” to “E” through “E; and (d) acquired one copy of a false driver’s license by receiving it.

B. On July 2013, the Defendant: (a) granted KRW 50,00 to a police officer’s place in the middle of July 2013; and (b) had the name of his/her resident registration certificate under the name of the captain of the Gyeong-si, Chungcheongnam-do from “A” to “C”; and (c) had his/her resident registration number changed from “D” to “E; and (d) acquired a false resident registration certificate by receiving it.

Accordingly, the defendant set the driver's license and resident registration certificate of official document for the purpose of uttering.

2. The occupation of uttering of forged official documents;

A. On April 16, 2013, the Defendant sent one copy of the forged driver’s license at an irregular place on April 16, 2013 as if it were duly formed to the employees of the Korean Tti Bank who are unaware of the circumstances for the purpose of issuing a credit card.

B. On April 18, 2013, the Defendant sent one copy of the forged driver’s license at an irregular place on April 18, 2013 as if it was duly formed to our bank employees without knowledge of the circumstances for the purpose of issuing a credit card.

On April 22, 2013, the Defendant committed the crime committed on April 22, 2013, in order to establish a passbook in the name of C at the Seocheon-dong branch, Seocheon-gu, Seoul Special Metropolitan City, Seocheon-gu, Seocheon-gu, Seocheon-gu. In order to establish a passbook in the name of C, one copy of the forged driver’s license as above.
