1. All of the plaintiffs' claims are dismissed.
2. The costs of lawsuit are assessed against the plaintiffs.
Reasons
1. Type G Securities G Securities Number F. F. Insured F. F. policyholder - On July 26, 2010, the date of maturity on July 26, 2042
A. (1) On July 26, 2010, F entered into the following insurance contracts (hereinafter “1 insurance contracts”) with the Defendant. (2) According to the foregoing insurance contracts, the Defendant is obliged to pay KRW 20 million when the insured dies due to a disaster specified in the disaster classification table during the insurance period. (3) On the other hand, according to the Special Agreement II guaranteeing Non-Distribution Operation of the One Insurance Contract (hereinafter “the instant Special Agreement”), if the insured under the operation classification table for the direct purpose of the treatment due to a disease or disaster, the Defendant would pay the operating expenses according to the type of the relevant operation (class 1 through 5) once the operation. (2) On April 17, 2016, the KCA entered into an insurance contract with the insured on the date of maturity of 186 persons, including F, as well as the No. 1843, Dec. 17, 2017, the Korea National Insurance Agency concluded the insurance contract with the beneficiary of the first insurance contract No. 1758, Apr. 17, 2017.
2. According to the insurance contract, the defendant will pay KRW 20 million of the death insurance proceeds when the insured dies due to a disaster on the disaster classification table that occurred during the insurance period.
1. The following accidents covered shall be paid insurance proceeds in accordance with the terms and conditions of this insurance:
(1) Any contingent accident falling under S00-Y84 in the Korean Standard Disease and Death Classification shall be an accident.
2. In any of the following cases where no insurance proceeds are paid, insurance proceeds shall not be paid by excluding from the disaster classification:
(1) A person who suffers from a disease or a physical handicap and suffers from a minor external factor or symptoms thereof.
