The defendant's appeal is dismissed.
Reasons
On April 4, 2017, the Defendant filed an appeal against the judgment of the first instance court on April 14, 2017, and received a lawful notification of the receipt of the trial records on April 14, 2017, but failed to submit the statement of grounds for appeal within 20 days from the date the Defendant received the notification of the receipt of the trial records. Moreover, the petition of appeal does not state the grounds for appeal
Therefore, the defendant's appeal is dismissed in accordance with Articles 361-4(1) and 361-3(1) of the Criminal Procedure Act. It is so decided as per Disposition.
