Punishment of the crime

On March 25, 2013, the Defendant sentenced the Daejeon District Court to six months of imprisonment for the crime of fraud and obstruction of performance of official duties, and completed the execution of the sentence on July 26, 2013.

The defendant committed the following crimes under the state that the defendant lacks the ability to discern things or make decisions due to the mental retardation and excessive drinking.

1. A violation of the Act on the Aggravated Punishment, etc. of Specific Crimes (Aggravated Punishment, etc. of Specific Crimes) around 18:20 on July 31, 2013, the Defendant, at around 18:20, took a walk under the influence of alcohol in “D”, which is an ordinary store selling fire-related supplies on the first floor of the Daejeon Dong-dong C building, and upon reporting by E, was subject to notification as a violation of the Punishment of Minor Offenses Act on the same day.
