1. The defendant is based on a transfer agreement on December 27, 2006 with respect to the 2118 square meters in Northern-gu, Northern-gu, Mapo-gu, Mapo-gu, Mapo-si.

1. Facts of recognition;

A. A. Around May 25, 2005, the Plaintiff’s husband D and the Defendant’s husband’s husband deceased (the deceased on May 25, 2009, hereinafter “the deceased”) agreed to sell the land and the land to be purchased by D after the annexation and divide the balance of the purchase price after deducting expenses, taxes, etc. from the purchase price.

B. Pursuant to the above agreement, D completed the registration of ownership transfer on August 2, 2005, on the deceased’s 90/1232 portion of H land and I land that were already purchased on August 2, 2005 and completed the registration of ownership transfer under the name of G, D completed the registration of ownership transfer on the ground of “sale on August 1, 2005.” On July 29, 2005, D and the deceased completed the registration of ownership transfer on August 26, 2005 after purchasing from K and completing the registration of ownership transfer on the deceased’s land under the name of B. D’s ownership transfer on December 26, 2006; D and the deceased completed the registration of ownership transfer on the land subject to D’s purchase on the following grounds: (i) 32/1232 share of D’s land and M I land; and (ii) 20/1230 or less shares of D’s land subject to annexation on the ground of D’s purchase on the above grounds of 20.

C. On December 28, 2006, the Plaintiff completed the registration of ownership transfer on the ground that “the sale on December 27, 2006,” in the name of the deceased, was “the sale on December 27, 2006,” and the Defendant completed the registration of ownership transfer on the ground of “the inheritance by consultation and division on May 25, 2009,” in its own name.
