1. Facts of recognition;

A. 1) The Plaintiff is a company established on June 1, 2006 and engaged in real estate sales business and lease business. 2) C and the Defendant are the Plaintiff’s shareholders holding 50% of the Plaintiff’s issued shares. C are in the status of suspension of performance of duties due to a provisional disposition order issued by the Daegu District Court Branch 2012Kahap129, while in office as the representative director of the Plaintiff. The Defendant is the Plaintiff’s internal director.

B. C, Defendant, and E, including the purchase of the land north-gu D (hereinafter “instant land”), at the port of port, purchased the instant land on August 16, 2004, and completed the registration of ownership transfer in the Defendant’s Chok F on the same day. C and the Defendant purchased E’s shares out of the instant land on December 24, 201 and completed the registration of ownership transfer under the Plaintiff’s name on January 4, 201.
