1. Basic facts

A. The defendant (hereinafter "the defendant church") is a church established around 1969 and has C and 61 branch payments in Yeongdeungpo-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government.

B. The defendant church represents the defendant church within and outside of the Republic of Korea and has a supervisory position in charge of assembly, administration, finance, property, education, construction, and execution of missionary work.

Since January 1, 2013, D, the founder of the defendant church, performed the supervisory duty, and E, his children, performed the supervisory duty.

However, criticisming the practice of supervisory duty, some members raised various suspicions on the operation and property management of the defendant church, and demanded the investigation into the truth, and on March 25, 2017, the G Council (hereinafter “G”) formed with the center of the pastors and the members participating therein and demanded the reform of the defendant church.
