The correction was made ex officio to the extent that it does not affect the defendant's defense right.

The Defendant, a corporation established for the purpose of construction on May 15, 2007, was awarded a contract from October 17, 2016 to KRW 1.1 billion in total for the construction of a newly built multi-household in Seopo-si, Seopo-si, and B is a person in charge of overall management of safety and health of workers at a construction site at the site of the said newly built multi-household.

The defendant's employee B did not take measures to prevent the risks of workers as follows.

A. On April 5, 2017, a business owner was required to take measures necessary to prevent danger at a place where a worker might fall at work (where a worker might fall or fall at a place where the worker might fall at a risk of falling, and where a worker might do so, by means of cutting off a scrash, etc.), but did not install a 4th floor bed and applied to the work site at the above construction site.
