Defendant shall be punished by a fine of three million won.

If the defendant fails to pay the above fine, 50,000 won shall be one day.

Punishment of the crime

1. On August 30, 2013, the Defendant refused to pay medical expenses from the director and the staff of the hospital in front of the C Hospital located in Busan Shodong-gu, Busan, and obstructed a police officer’s legitimate execution of duties concerning the crime prevention and maintenance of order on the ground that the slope E belonging to the Busan Pacific Police Station D District, who was called out after receiving a report by the director and the staff of the hospital, was frighted to perform his/her duties on the ground that he/she met, and the other patient was frighted.

2. As the victim E who was dispatched after receiving a report at the time, time, and place mentioned in paragraph 1, the Defendant publicly insultingd the victim by speaking to the victim as “I am gue gue, dead, I am kn kn knb,” while the patient’s guardian, etc. are observed.
