Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 700,000.

If the defendant fails to pay the above fine, 50,000 won shall be one day.

Punishment of the crime

On June 14, 2013, at around 19:30 on June 14, 2013, the Defendant sought a traffic accident damage to the "D Medical Foundation E Hospital" managed by the victim C in Seodaemun-gu Seoul, Seodaemun-gu, Seoul. However, on the grounds that the officer, staff, and patient of the hospital was infinite, the Defendant expressed about 40 minutes of the victim’s treatment by talking the victim as “spunch, dead, and knife knife,” and obstructed the victim’s treatment by force, such as booming the prime officer, staff, and the patient of the hospital.”
