Reasons
Punishment of the crime
1. On November 22, 2017, the Defendant embezzled Samsung-Carrying Call Co., Ltd., which was lost by the victim E in front of the “D” convenience store located in the Jung-si city of the Government, without following necessary procedures, such as returning the fact to the victim, even though he/she acquired the Samsung Card under the name of Samsung F, his/her husband, who was his/her husband.
2. Violation of the Act on Financial Business Specializing in credit and fraud;
A. On November 22, 2017, the Defendant, at the “D” convenience store operated by the victim G located in Jung-si, Jung-si on November 15:59, 2017, presented the completion of the F’s Samsung Card in its own name, and purchased and lost one milk equivalent to KRW 1,750 from the point of view, and received the same amount of the said credit card.
B. On the same day, the Defendant continuously presented the Samsung Card that he acquired at the “J” store operated by the victim I at the 16:54 Sin Government-Sin of the Republic of Korea on the same day as one’s own, and had it purchased and lost the said credit card and received the goods equivalent to the said amount.

The Defendant continued to present at around 17:02 on the same day the Samsung Card acquired as above at the “Leve shop” operated by the victim in the name of the non-victim in K at the time of the Government of Speaker at around 17:02, and purchased 45,000 won of tobacco from the point of occupation and received the lost credit card and used the lost credit card and received the goods equivalent to the same amount.

On the same day, the Defendant continuously presented the Samsung Card acquired as above at the “O” bank operated by the victim N in Ma at the time of 17:09 on the same day, and purchased gold Bans equivalent to 700,000 won at the market price from the point of possession, and received the lost credit card and received the goods equivalent to the same amount.
3. The Defendant who attempted to commit fraud is P on November 22, 2017 at the time of the Government around 17:28.
