Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 3,000,000.

If the defendant does not pay the above fine, 50,000 won shall be paid.

Punishment of the crime

On February 2, 2013, at around 00:54, the Defendant driven B MT vehicles with the blood alcohol concentration of at least 0.153% over the section of the area of the Act on the Management of Land, Infrastructure and Transport, which is located in approximately 200,00, from the front of the 502-2-3-2- the same road in Ansan-si, Suwon-si to approximately 504-3.
