Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 2,000,000.

If the defendant does not pay the above fine, 50,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

At around 00:50 on April 17, 2010, the Defendant reported that the victim F(30 years of age), the victim G(27 years of age), the victim H(V), and the victim H(55 years of age) were under the influence of alcohol in front of the YE apartment in the Haan-gun, Newan-gun, Nannam-gun, Nannam-gun, and expressed a desire to the victims.

In this case, on the ground that the victim G is ‘drawing another person', C and D are considered as ‘drawing another person’, and C and D are tightly pushed the victim G’s chest by hand, and C again pushed the victim F’s chest at one time by hand, the Defendant drinking the victim F’s face by drinking, shaking the victim’s hair, shaking the victim’s head G, and sleep the victim’s head h’s head h’s face on the next side, and put the victim H’s head h’s face over one time.

As a result, the Defendant, in collaboration with C and D, committed an act of assaulting the victim F with a 4-day therapy, and committed an act of assaulting the victim H.
