Punishment of the crime

On September 18, 2013, at around 02:10 on September 18, 2013, the Defendant laid down the victim’s arms in front of Gangnam-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government, on the ground that the victim C (year 27 years of age, South) would be bad, leaving the victim’s arms up to the floor, and opened the victim’s face one time due to drinking.
