1. The plaintiffs' claims against the defendants are all dismissed.

1. Basic facts

A. The Defendants are the parties 1) The persons operating the F Hospital located in Seo-gu, Seoan-gu, Seoan-si (hereinafter the Defendant Hospital); Defendant C is the father and the doctor in charge of only the Plaintiff’s division; Defendant D is the father and the doctor in charge of the deceased’s first aid after the Plaintiff B gave birth of the deceased G (hereinafter the “the deceased”). 2) The deceased was born at the Defendant Hospital, and the Plaintiffs are the parents of the deceased child.

B. Plaintiff B was regularly examined by Defendant C from August 31, 2017 to April 25, 2018 at the Defendant hospital. From around August 31, 2017 to April 25, 2018, Plaintiff B was diagnosed by the low-risk group in the pre-industrial complex, which was implemented during the aforementioned period, and the mother and fetus did not observe specific abnormal opinions. (ii) Plaintiff B was administered with Maman-man, the self-fredalmon from around 05:30 to 05:30 on April 26, 2018, which was the fourth day of pregnancy 39 weeks.

C. Defendant D, from around 19:03 to around 19:03, was born at 3214 g. Around 19:3, 5-minute Ap. Ap. 4 points, there was almost no sound and movement at around 19:0, immediately after the childbirth, and Defendant D took measures to transfer her to H Hospital (hereinafter “H hospital”) by maintaining amp-outing amp-outing and heart-typeing (ambu-baging) and heart-typeing (amb-typeging) with respect to her, around 19:03.

3 The deceased children shall be in the emergency room of the H Hospital at 19:39.
