On November 4, 2013, at around 22:56, the Defendant started the Dong-dong, Yongsan-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government, Dong-dong, and driven a 10K car at approximately 10 KK to the front road of 924 KT, Yangcheon-gu, Seoul.
