1. The Defendants are to the Plaintiff:

(a) deliver the buildings listed in the separate sheet;

B. Joint and several occasions from March 8, 2016.

1. Facts of recognition;

A. On March 3, 2015, the Plaintiff entered into a lease agreement with Defendant C Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as Defendant C Co., Ltd.) on the lease deposit amounting to KRW 10,000,000, monthly rent of KRW 1,200,000 (value added tax, KRW 15,000, monthly rent of KRW 15,000, and from April 15, 2015 to April 14, 2016, the Plaintiff agreed that the Plaintiff may terminate the lease agreement if Defendant B delayed the lease and management expenses for at least two months.

B. After that, on February 23, 2016, the Plaintiff and Defendant B Co., Ltd. (hereinafter “Defendant 1”) succeeded to the status of the lessee under the above lease agreement between the Plaintiff and Defendant 2, and concluded a lease agreement with the Plaintiff stating that the instant building is leased KRW 10,000,000, monthly rent of KRW 1,320,000 (including value-added tax, August 24, 2016), and the lease period from February 24, 2016 to April 14, 2016 (hereinafter “instant lease agreement”), and also agreed that if Defendant 1 delays the rent and management expenses for at least two months, the lease agreement may be terminated.

C. Defendant E (hereinafter “Defendant 4”) was a person who actually runs Defendant 1, Defendant 2, and Defendant D Co., Ltd. (hereinafter “Defendant 3”), and the Defendants occupied and used the instant building from February 24, 2016 to February 24, 2016.

The Plaintiff was paid up to February 2016 as the tea under the instant lease agreement.

E. Defendant 4 promised to leave the instant building by April 14, 2016 to the Plaintiff, but failed to comply therewith, and thereafter, promised to leave the instant building by June 30, 2016, but did not comply therewith.

F. The Plaintiff, around July 2016, as Seoul East Eastern District Court 2016Kadan51355, against Defendant 1 and Defendant 4.
