A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment with prison labor for up to six months.

Punishment of the crime

1. On December 15, 2011, the Defendant: (a) up to December 10, 201, up to December 15, 2011, the Defendant committed a crime with respect to the victim C, who was aware of the fact that he was “A” at the coffee shop located in the Jeonju-si, Jeonbuk-si; and (b) purchased the land in a way that “the purchase and sale of the forest in Toysan is KRW 150,000,000,000,000; and (c) purchased the land in a way that there is a large amount of profits from the purchase of the land; and (d) there is a set for a person to resell the land, each of which bears a burden of KRW 25,00,000,000.”

However, in fact, the defendant did not have any intention or ability to purchase or resell forest land by investing 25 million won in his money, but did not have any intention or ability to gain profits after receiving money from the victim with bad credit standing who has no particular occupation and property.

On December 15, 201, the Defendant, by deceiving the victim as such, received KRW 16 million from the victim’s account on December 15, 201.

2. On January 4, 2012, the Defendant: (a) introduced the victim E to the Defendant, who was sexually friendly, to the effect that “The officially announced land price of the building in the Gasan Young-gu, a building owner is more than two billion won; and (b) the building owner is a son, who borrowed KRW 30 million due to the shortage of the purchase price, he/she would be entitled to operate the business on the first floor of the building.”

On December 2, 2012, the Defendant stated that “The Defendant was a good building in Yansan-dong, Yansan-dong, I wish to use and return the victim only one month if I lent 30 million won to the victim at that time. If I wish to make another investment, 30 million won will be more invested. If I want to make a new investment, I would like to make a provisional registration on the building in Yansan-dong, Busan-dong, and pay the borrowed money immediately after making a provisional registration on the building in Yansan-dong, and make a coffee shop on the first floor of the commercial building.”
