Defendant shall be punished by a fine of three million won.

If the defendant does not pay the above fine, KRW 100,000.

Punishment of the crime

On January 18, 2016, the Defendant, on behalf of the Defendant’s father C, sold 7 lots, such as Seosan City D (hereinafter “instant land”) owned by the Defendant, to natural persons of the agricultural company Co., Ltd. (hereinafter “instant company”) for a purchase price of KRW 800 million, and prepared and issued a written consent to the instant land use for all authorization and permission procedures and the establishment of access roads.

However, as the instant company delayed the payment of the above purchase price, the Defendant: (a) sold the instant land twice to the nameless solar power generation company; (b) however, in order for E, F, and G to construct a building on the ground of the instant land by submitting a written consent to the use of the said land to the Seosan for the purpose of constructing a new building on the ground of the instant land; and (c) upon the occurrence of a dispute between E, F, and G and the above solar power generation company, submitted a false written consent to the use of the said land to Seosan viewing.

I tried to file a complaint.

On February 10, 2017, the Defendant prepared a written complaint to the effect that “G, E, and F forged land use consent with respect to seven parcels, such as Seosan City D, and submitted it to a public official for viewing and exercising the case.” On May 8, 2017, the Defendant submitted the written complaint to the police officer of the Chungcheongnam-do Police Station located in the Chungcheongnam-gu Police Station located in 370-15, Seosan-si, Chungcheongnam-si, Chungcheongnam-si, 370-15, to the effect that “G, E, and F forged submitted the written consent to use land on seven parcels, such as Seosan-si D, and submitted it to the public official for viewing and exercising the same.” On the same day, the Defendant submitted the written complaint to the police officer of the Hasan Police Station located in the Chungcheongnam-do Police Station located in 327, Seosan-si, Chungcheongnam-si, and the same purport as the above written complaint.

Accordingly, the defendant filed a false complaint with G, E, and F for the purpose of criminal punishment, and filed a false complaint with G, E, and F respectively.
