Punishment of the crime

C is the owner of the D land at the time of strike, E is the owner of the house located on the F in the time of strike and G, and the defendant is the employee of H, who is the urban gas installation company.

E, in order to install urban gas facilities in the housing above, requested the Defendant to install urban gas, and on December 4, 2013, received a written consent from C, the owner of the site for installing urban gas pipelines, to use land owned by C in order to install gas pipelines in the housing above the housing above, and delivered it to the Defendant.

Although the defendant applied for urban gas to Seoul Urban Gas Corporation, which is an urban gas company by using a written consent to the use of the above land, it is difficult for the company to newly install urban gas without housing in the above company.

The purpose of installing urban gas pipelines in the vicinity of E's housing is to encourage C to alter a written consent to land use in the name of C, as C has consented to the use of land with respect to the installation of gas pipelines in the neighboring housing other than the above housing of E.

On August 23, 2014, at the H office of Kimpo-si, 302, the Defendant, without authority, submitted to the employees of the said company a written consent for land use in the name of C, which was delivered by Kimpo-si, Kimpo-si, Kimpo-si, Kimpo-si, Kimpo-si, stating that “(including the entrance): the address of approval: F, G, J, and K” is a “written consent for land use in the name of C: F, G, J, and K; at the Seoul Urban Gas Office, which is located in the West-gu, Seoyangpo-si, Seoyangpo-si, Yangpo-si, Yangpo-si, Yangpo-si, and exercised it.
