A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for three years.

Punishment of the crime

On May 14, 1998, the Defendant was sentenced to two years of imprisonment with prison labor for a violation of the Act on the Aggravated Punishment, etc. of Specific Crimes in Busan High Court.
