A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than eight months.

except that the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

1. 3. The Defendant: (a) committed an act of obstruction of performance of official duties, at the time and place of paragraph (1); (b) committed an assault on the victim’s left face face one time by drinking the victim’s chest her hand three times by taking the victim’s chest her hand.

Accordingly, the defendant interfered with the legitimate execution of duties of police officers concerning the handling of 112 reported cases.
