The defendant is the representative director of Seongbuk-gu Seoul and E Co., Ltd., and E Co., Ltd. is a corporation established for the purpose of wholesale and retail business related to the recycling of non-ferrous metals.

E A. In order to prevent an actual trader from imposing a high-rate value added value-added tax in the event of a transaction of non-data, E Co., Ltd. is a “large coal company” that issues a false tax invoice without real transactions and a “signing company” that is created with the aim of protecting the actual trader by located between the said actual trader and the said actual trader.
