1. The defendant shall be punished by a fine of two million won;

Punishment of the crime

On March 2013, the Defendant posted an article on the Internet site C bulletin board as “I am selling ambl ambl.” On March 28, 2013, the Defendant stated “I ambl 53,000 km in the odometer column.” On March 27, 2013, the Defendant reported the above article to the victim D, who got a telephone from the Defendant, also made a false statement to the above purport. However, on the other hand, the actual odometer of the said vehicle is 13,230 km, not more than 53,00 km on the meter board, and the Defendant knew that I ambl ambl ambl ambl m. as above, although he knew of the fact that the previous owner of the said vehicle was replaced by the meter board, he received from the victim the money by receiving KRW 13,400,000 from the Defendant’s bank account in the name of the Defendant on March 28, 2013.
