A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for two years.
Reasons
Punishment of the crime
On June 11, 2010, the Defendant was sentenced to a fine of KRW 3,00,000 for an injury, and a fine of KRW 3,000,00 for the same offense in the same court on April 10, 2013, and a fine of KRW 1,00,000 for the same offense in the same court on April 26, 2013, and KRW 700,000 for the same offense in the same court on May 13, 2013, respectively.
1. Violation of the Punishment of Violences, etc. Act;
A. On May 16, 2013, the Defendant, at around 08:10 on May 16, 2013, and around 08:10, the Defendant inflicted injury on the victim C (55 years of age) following the large area, on the ground that the Victim C (55 years of age) was prevented from soliciting D from drinking alcohol, but the victim’s face was taken beyond the floor and the treatment period cannot be known, such as luminous bones, he/she got the victim out of the floor, and she suffered injury, such as the luminous bones, he/she was fluoral fladro, in which the victim’s face cannot be known.

A. On April 20, 2013, the Defendant committed the crime on April 20, 2013, in front of the exit of the subway No. 4 of the Daegu Northern-gu, Daegu Northern-gu, around 14:30 on April 20, 2013.
