1. Basic facts

A. 1) The Plaintiff, an insurance company, is the Defendant interesting State Fire and Marine Insurance Co., Ltd. (hereinafter “Defendant interesting State Fire”).

1) Insurance period from December 19, 201 to December 19, 2052:

(1) Insurance period: (2) The monthly insurance premium from January 17, 2014 to January 17, 203: 39,230 won: 40,000 won (payment by multiplying the insurance amount by disability payment rate when the occurrence of a disability less than 80% due to an injury during the insurance period). (4) The insured and the beneficiary of the non-life insurance: (2) the Plaintiff and the Plaintiff’s spouse were concluded each of the following insurance contracts with the Defendant Korea Commercial Damage Insurance Co., Ltd. (hereinafter “Defendant Chinese Commercial Damage”), the insurance company, and the Plaintiff’s spouse:
