1. The plaintiff's claim is dismissed.

1. Basic facts

A. On June 1, 2006, the Plaintiff entered into an insurance contract with the Defendant and the insured as the Plaintiff (hereinafter “instant insurance contract”) with the non-paid universal life insurance contract with the following content:

A) A new disability insurance contract was concluded. The insurance period of the Plaintiff shall be paid 100,000,000,000 each month during the period of the special agreement, with the total sum of the basic insurance amount and the variable insurance amount for the same cause other than the same disaster or accident in the table of disability classification that the Plaintiff died during the insurance period of the new disability insurance contract and the total sum of the variable insurance amount for the same cause other than the same disaster or accident is not less than 80%, and the amount of the new disability insurance contract shall be paid at least 1,00,000,000 per month during the period of the special agreement for the new disability insurance contract (the same shall apply to the new disability insurance contract which is less than 55 years and less than 10,000,000, 200,000, 300,000, 20,000, 20,000, 20, 30,000, 3,00,00

The company under Article 16 (Types and Grounds for Payment of Insurance Money) of the Jeju Insurance Act shall refer to the disasters prescribed by the same disaster classification table among the table of disability classification where a person subject to insurance dies or a person subject to insurance (insured) is the same during the insurance period; hereinafter referred to as "disaster").
