Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 500,000.
Where the defendant fails to pay the above fine, one hundred thousand won shall be one day.

Punishment of the crime
From January 1, 2017 to January 23, 2017, the Defendant falsely indicated the origin of kimchi, which was made from the “C” restaurant operated by the Defendant in the original city, to the “C” restaurant operated by the Defendant in the original city, as “domestic culture”.
