Punishment of the crime

On December 26, 2007, the Defendant was sentenced to a suspended sentence of two years on November 21, 2008 due to a violation of the Act on the Aggravated Punishment, etc. of Specific Crimes, which was sentenced to a suspended sentence of one year and six months. On May 8, 2009, the Defendant was released on May 20, 2010 in a governmental prison, and the parole period expired on August 31, 2010.
