Defendants shall be punished by imprisonment for six months.

However, with respect to Defendant B, the punishment shall be imposed for a period of two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

1. Defendant A

A. On September 10, 2017, Defendant A, in violation of the Act on the Punishment of Acts, Including the act of arranging sexual traffic (i.e., brokerage of sexual traffic) (i., brokerage of sexual traffic), arranged sexual traffic by having F and G conduct sexual intercourse at a total of four times from November 26, 2017 against male customers by having F and G conduct sexual intercourse at KRW 1.60,000 per time against male customers by the same method, including having F and G receive KRW 1.60,00 won from male customers in an insular telecom, in neighboring insular telecom, from an insular telecom.

(b) No businessman or employee of a food entertainment place in violation of the Food Sanitation Act shall receive money and valuables in return for any time required to be off his/her place of business, and no businessman shall encourage or impliedly encourage such acts of his/her employees.

Nevertheless, Defendant A, as seen above, operated the E tea room, which is a food entertainment business establishment, and, from September 10, 2017 to November 26, 2017, caused F and G to engage in sexual traffic at a total of four times by having 1.60,00 won per hour from men in the neighboring el, which is not a multi-level place of business, receive money and valuables from F and G to receive money and valuables in return for the required time from off the place of business.

2. Defendant B

A. On August 7, 2016, Defendant B, in violation of the Act on the Punishment, etc. of Acts, including the act of arranging sexual traffic (i.e., arranging sexual traffic) (i., arranging sexual traffic), committed multiple sexual intercourses by having the J, K, etc. conduct sexual intercourses on a total of four occasions from September 21, 2017 to September 21, 2017, by having male customers sexual intercourses at KRW 1.60,00 won per time against male customers by the same method (i.e., one hour).

(b) businessmen of food entertainment places in violation of the Food Sanitation Act; or
